Researchers at the University of Tasmania are conducting a survey of the role of Psychological Capital on Employees Mental Health.
The study aims to investigate the relationship between employee psychological resources (i.e. psychological capital) and mental health and the influence of organisational and union commitment and work-family interface on this relationship.
Participation in the study involves the completion of two brief online surveys, approximately one month apart. All data provided will be treated confidentially.
The surveys will remain open until 31st August 2019.
