The Human Rights Commission estimates one in three people in the last five years has experienced sexual harassment at work.

The Human Rights Commission inquiry into sexual harassment in Australian workplaces is underway and will shine a much-needed light on a broken system which is failing workers.

We need new approaches to this endemic problem and to change the rules in this area. To achieve this we need to keep exposing what’s happening in workplaces so our lawmakers get the full picture.

The ACTU Nation-Wide Survey on Sexual Harassment was launched on Thursday 20th September, and will run until 1st November 2018.
