We have some exciting news, we are switching to a new membership management system at the AEU Tasmania Branch. There are many reasons for the switch, but the most important reason is that it will provide a much better service to members.  The new membership management system will provide improved mechanisms for storing information such as case files, even better security for your personal and financial information, and many new member-only features. It will also help us in running more strategic campaigns.

Changes to contributions

With the switch to the new membership management system, there will be a new process for calculating and deducting member contributions.  We will be using a new payment solution provider called Ezidebit. We will provide you with individual, specific information about your new contributions in coming weeks.

Update your details

With the switch to the new system, your details will transfer over. Before this happens, we’re asking you please to make sure all your personal details are up to date in our current system. When is this happening?

We are looking at November for our rollover timeframe. We will be sending further emails and letters to you with more specific details in the coming weeks.
