AEU Tasmania is pleased to welcomed on board new Southern Organiser Miranda Debeljakovic.

Miranda brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked as a teacher at Kingston High School for the past three years.

Prior to that Miranda worked as a Year 12 tutor, a Teacher’s Assistant, a football coach, and a swimming instructor.

She is deeply passionate about public education and advocating for educators.

Miranda is based in Hobart and will be working with schools across the Southern region.

Over her first couple of months working at the AEU, she has loved getting out into schools and says she is excited to continue supporting and prioritising members in 2023.
