We are recruiting now for a Lead Organiser, based in Hobart, but leading a team across Tasmania.
This is a 1.0 FTE role with a strong focus on leadership, mentoring and strategy.
The Lead Organiser is responsible to ensure the AEU can retain, grow, engage with members, effectively mobilise power and develop member leaders using organising, recruitment, campaigning, and data-driven strategies.
AEU Tasmania offers some employment flexibility and a secondment may be an option for AEU members, with the fixed term contract starting 10th January 2022 for 12-months duration.
