The latest version of the Teachers Award (‘Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award’) is available on the Tasmanian Industrial Commission’s website.

The Award goes hand-in-hand with your Teachers Agreement to determine your pay and working conditions.

Some things are covered under the Award, while others are covered in the Agreement. So you should always read both the Teachers Agreement and the Award together to get a full understanding of your rights at work.
