The latest consolidated version of the Tasmanian State Service Award (the ‘TSSA’) is available on the Tasmanian Industrial Commission’s website.

Your Agreement goes hand-in-hand with the Award to determine your pay and working conditions.

Some things are covered under the Award, while others are covered in the Agreement. So you should always read both your Agreement and the Award together to get a full understanding of your rights at work.
