'reduced its suspension rates by 68 percent after 'removing locker bays' and giving students a permanent classroom'. Hmmm.... I would've thought that the biggest way to reduce suspension rates is by not suspending them. The plus side of not suspending students and getting better suspension data is a sweet as article for the C.V and praise from the minister.
