Stop Work Meeting – Day 1 At Your Workplace

Your Union negotiating team met with DOE last week but they are still offering nothing new to address workloads, no in-class support for students who need it and nothing that would shift Tasmanian teachers from being the lowest paid in the country. They have also offered little to nothing at PSUWA and TAFE negotiations.

AEU Stop Work Meetings 27 & 28 November

AEU members have been directed by their Branch Executive to attend a 45 minute, 9am stop work meeting in their local area before travelling to their place of work to be onsite by 10.30am.  

Work Bans

The following bans and limitations have been authorised consistent with the rules of the Union and apply to all AEU members employed under the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, the TasTAFE Teaching Award and Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award and the State Service Award.
