Your salary will commence at $74,880, or higher commensurate with qualifications and experience.

About the role
You will be responsible for written content, digital communication, online communities and data management that mobilises members and supports the AEU’s campaigns and organising work.
Maintaining the AEU’s proud position as the strongest voice for educators and public education, you will build this power in our membership and turn clicks into conversations and action.
Join the AEU Tasmania Campaigns Team and work with inspiring Organisers, Reps and Members.
You will develop and implement digital organising strategies that engage members and supporters, and identify leads or potential activists.
As someone as comfortable on social media platforms as you are in schools, colleges and other workplaces, you will plan and execute communications across all our channels, including Electronic Direct Mail and peer-to-peer SMS.
You’re a people-person, but you also love data and how it can help our whole organisation to connect, network and activate people, and move them on the ladder of engagement – from online to real world action.
