TasTAFE’s Horticulture South team, led by AEU member Cameron McKinnon, have received praise for their contribution to the Warrane Community Garden.

The Warrane Mornington Neighbourhood Centre Board staff, community and garden team recently expressed gratitude for the support of the garden project by Mr McKinnon and his students.

“Over the past twelve months we have been most fortunate to have both Certificate II and III students work with us at the Community Garden. It is just wonderful,” – Warrane Mornington Neighbourhood Centre Board.

“The students and staff come with such enthusiasm, passion, a wonderful curiosity and such varied knowledge. One of the less obvious but fundamental roles of the garden is of course the role of education, knowledge and skill sharing.”

Great work Cameron and team!
